FCCC BOO'S BOUTIQUE

Boo’s Boutique, located within Temple University’s Fox Chase Cancer Center, (FCCC) was named after a donor’s late wife. Intended to be a space dedicated to meeting the needs of cancer patients, a concept plan was generated for this high-profile project. NORR was engaged for the design of the new 800 sf boutique including retail space, (for prosthetics, wigs, head coverings and skin care) a multi-purpose room (to provide music therapy, massages and other classes) and nutrition counseling. During the design process NORR utilized Enscape to provide views for fundraising/advertising efforts. The design team also worked with FCCC leadership to develop a timeless gender-neutral design that would bring light into the retail space and draw in customers.

The end result is a specialty boutique dedicated to helping patients during their cancer journey - from treatment to recovery. The project also elevates the FCCC commitment to treating the whole person— not just the disease.
